He earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors in 1997. Gary’s wide range of experience, including sales and property management is extensive. He managed a Regional Mall for 7 years, a REO property owned by Hibernia Bank (New Orleans). He has represented national companies including Ford Motor Company, FDIC/RTC, State of Florida Banking Division, Compass Bank, Whitney Bank, Emmitt, Inc. (Emmitt Smith), Circle K, Burger King, Auto Zone, TIB Bank of the Keys, O’Reilly Auto Parts, General Electric, McKibbon Hotel Group, and Murphy Oil USA, to name a few.

In 1988, he served as the President of the Pensacola Association of Realtors. For countless years, he has received the Co-Star Power Broker Award. Gary received CCIM designation in 1996 and has since excelled in the commercial real estate business." After 23 years with Exit Realty, in January 2024 Gary opened Watson Commercial Group, serving the Panhandle of Florida and Alabama, licensed in both states. 

 As a dedicated professional with a background in residential real estate, I transitioned into commercial real estate after 2.5 years of helping clients find their dream homes. Now, I am privileged to assist businesses, investors, and developers in achieving their real estate goals on a much broader scale.
